Hello from the Beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida

        Since 1965 Ray Holland has been paying his dues. 
In Houston, Texas in the 60's he performed at
The Legendary Catacombs Club, Love Street Light Circus,
The Astro-Hall, The Cellar, and
on The Joe Ford Television Show.
Moving to Austin Texas in 1970 he became a member
of the Beefeaters, a long time UT party band
Ray played bass for RCA recording artist Patchwork
with the band Cedar Frost
Ray played at the Armadillo World Headquarters
the Soap Creek Saloon
the Split Rail
the Hole in the Wall
Laguna Gloria
the Austin Opry House
 the City of Austin Summer Park Series
a KLRU TV Special "Live from Zilker Park"
With The Doak Snead Band he played at KLRU Studios
In the late 70's,Fork in the Road played at
the Houston Opry House
& extensively toured Texas and Arizona.
Fork in the Road  included
2009 Americana Music Award Winner
for Instrumentalist of the Year
Gurf Morlix 
in San Francisco in the late 70's / early 80's

Ray did shows warming up for
Hank Williams Jr. and Buck Owens
back in Texas Ray toured
 with the Desperados
He played bass for
  Kinky Friedman on his Polish Army Tour
A founding member of
the Sardines
 who performed at
 Austin Aqua Festival
the Erwin Center
countless club dates and parties
more recently performing with Bad Rodeo
Bad Rodeo Won the Chevrolet Best Dad Band in Texas Contest 2010
